ARTICLE 48 TRANSITION TO THE AGREEMENT
Except as otherwise specified in the Article or below, all provisions of this Collective Agreement come into effect upon the ratification of the Agreement.
The provisions of Articles 20 and 21 shall apply to new applications for reappointment, tenure, permanence and/or promotion commencing in 2008.
The provisions of Appendix C: Travel Fund Policy and Guidelines shall come into effect with the 2008-09 fiscal year.
